Dear Visitors,

We started our Before Sleep tonight by listening to the song “If It Eats, Let It Stay!”. Then all together we sang:

“If it is harmful to our world and the afterlife,

If it is contrary to verses and sunnahs,

If it is haram, if it is waste or suspicious stay away!”.

And we remembered some issues we should pay attention to. Certain things unnecessarily take our joy, peace and time. We have to say “No!” and distance ourselves from these things.

For example, at the time of the Before Sleep Program, if a friend of ours says, “Come on! Let’s play with toys!”, we have to say, “I can not come right now. There is a very good program that I should listen to. You can come and listen with me if you wish!”. Because if we accept this proposal, we would neglect our important work and miss what is beneficial to us.

Or maybe another friend of ours would say: “Let us go to the market and buy chips, coke and colored candies!”. As a Gulberenk Child, we have to reply the following:

“Impossible! There are very dangerous additives in chips! Coke is extremely harmful and the candies are also dyed! We should not get them! If you want, we can make popcorn at home, drink ayran, eat dates”. We should be able to respond to this friend with a much more useful offer! We have to stand up against any offer that would harm our health.

Well, and when we are fasting, if someone says: “Come on, let us drink water and eat bread! Anyhow, nobody here sees!”, we have to say: “Allah sees us everywhere, even if no one sees us. We fast for Allah’s consent!”. That is to say, as a Gulberenk Child, we will definitely say “No!” to the offers that will cause us to break our worship and harm the beautiful relationship between us and our Creator. While not accepting the harmful and wrong deeds offered to us, we have to turn those who are accustomed to doing them from their mistakes, we should also try to protect everyone and everything we value from evil.

The biggest harm that can happen to us is not to follow our Allah’s orders! For example, every prayer we do not perform actually means that we have a great damage!

We should have built a very solid wall between us and the soul and the devil, who try to harm our spirituality by preventing us from praying. After all these reflections, we listened to the “Prayer Song” together to remember once again the importance of prayer! We intended to fulfill our worship without delay by defeating the soul and the devil!

At the end of our program, we took our ablution and performed our prayers. We miswaked our teeth and combed our hair. We read the surahs İhlas, Falak and Nas and turned to our right. We laid down with the peace of what we learned, and slept!

If you want to benefit from this beautiful program, you can call 0542 808 82 58 for free registration and information!
