Gulberenk Values Education Association is founded!
Gulberenk, which has been serving children with Educational Children’s Programs for three years, established the Gulberenk Values Education Association. The goal of the association is to help all the children of the world in achieving good moral and exemplary behaviors, regardless of their religion, language, race and gender differences.
Thereby, the Association has started the Gulberenk Educational Children’s Programs initiated in Istanbul with the support of various other sensitive foundations and associations. Based on the above mentioned objectives Gulberenk has carried out many programs in many provinces around Turkey.
Gulberenk Values Education Association also reaches parents and educators through conferences that aim adults. The association’s biggest dream is to teach and inform the upcoming generation of tomorrow, the value of compassion, honesty, decency, time awareness, courage, generosity, love, respect and faith. And we hope to see them as people who have ingested these values and put them in their lives. This is literally the greatest longing for the founders of the association.
The association has been receiving support from its members and from all the other peoples who are aware of the responsibility towards our future. The association is making efforts to reach all children unable to attend beneficial social activities due to economic difficulties in Turkey and in the World. Gulberenk, who has entered the heart of many children with its effective stage programs prepared itself hopes for a generation that grows up with it.
The association, which has projects such as making audio and video broadcasts and publishing the written works with regard to its own objectives, will also realize its dream of establishing children’s libraries consisting of publications aiming to provide values education, which will be open to the use of children. The objective of this library is to let children reach, primarily in Istanbul, whenever they want. Gulberenk Values Education Association, which is founded by sensitive parents, educators, is chaired by educator and author Neslihan Nur TURK.
As Mrs. Turk pinpoints, “We are trying to play our founding role in the best way for tomorrow”. That is, serving children is the most effective and efficient service, who are without walls, without prejudice and without sin. To Mrs. Turk these children should be equipped materially and spiritually while preparing for the future.
