Dear Precious Members,
Gulberenk Educational Children Programs, which is a joint Project of Gulberenk Values Education Association and Golden Child Magazine, continues to be staged. In this context, the December program with the title, “I am hardworking because I do my prayers”, took place with a great success.
It is said that those who perform their prayers beautifully and regularly do not laze around. This person would know the value of her/his time and live a planned and programmed life. He/ she would educate her/himself in every field. That bees produce honey, chickens lay eggs, trees give various fruits, flowers spread beautiful scents, all this is based on hard work. When the reality is that even animals and plants are hardworking, is there a possibility for human to laze around? Of course not!
Especially the Muslim who prays five-times a day, certainly would not fool around aimlessly. He/she should be used to compete with other people in order to be beneficial to her/himself and to her/his environment. As our ancestors once said, “The working iron never rusts.” This means that the person constantly working would be energized and rest at the same time. In this program we learned that our Prophet Muhammad Mustafa sallallahu alayhi wa sallam would sweep his own room, and stitch his own rip.
The songs in the program were beautiful again. One precious lady from our audience, Ahsen Yildirim, said she would always listen to Gulberenk songs and thanked for everything. Emine Karabulut stated that she liked the Gulberenk songs a lot because they are all very educative and instructive. So you see, Gulberenk songs reach many children who live in Turkey and abroad.
Australia, Italy, Germany, Jerusalem are among some of the countries to where our albums have reached. The songs also continue to open the horizons of many children in Turkey through our volunteering distributors in many provinces!
Let us go now. Because we will have programs in Izmir, Gaziantep and Karaman. If our children do not forget us in their prayers, we believe Allah will help us do much better programs. Come on then. You pray, we work!
