Dear Visitors,

This week, we started our lesson with good wishes and prayers. “How are you?” we asked each of us for sincere, detailed and nice answers by directing the question. We listened to each other in a real sense, in an age where listening is no longer done by many people, and where everyone just talks. We were delighted to see the beauty of our sisters’ troubles and the sublimity of their concerns. We regretfully realized, once again, that we, as Muslims, were having difficulties in terms of listening, hearing and doing what we needed, and that our calendar was lacking, based on what our elders said! If we cannot hear with ears, if we cannot see with eyes… If we cannot feel when hearts are present, we cannot be delivered when Allah is present… If we cannot give thanks when we can breathe, if we cannot do good deeds when there is a possibility… We probably have trouble with our calendar.

Then, we performed the tahajud prayers. At times we cried, sometimes we laughed… We presented our situation to Allah. We did this not as usual, but as if we were doing it with a very, very sincere friend. We told Allah our regrets and longings in a child-friendly manner. We thought… Many people die without ever being able to do this, never living in that peace… We are thankful that we have succeeded in prostration! We remembered the troubles our beloved Prophet Hz. Muhammad Mustafa sallallahu alayhi wa sallam had to go through so that no one would be deprived of that peace, he went through all those troubles in order to convey Islam. Then, until you prostrate; we mentioned that contributing to good works is another important act and that both prostration without service and service without prostration are incomplete.

In the sisterhood campaign to be held on next Friday, we all intended to become one more benefactor! Our drops increase to meet for this new goal, we determined to strive for peace, joy and enthusiasm, just as in our prostration! Then, we thought that our days are passing quickly and will end soon and decided to seize the remaining opportunities together. Over the next week, we invited each of our participants to work on this issue. We are happy that if we die we will die with this good intention, and if we stay, we will have another good next week, Friday.

In the calm of dawn with the love of service, peace in our hearts, gratitude and sincerity in our hearts, we ended our lesson this week.
