From the Presidency of GULBERENK VALUES EDUCATION ASSOCIATION

The second of the Ordinary General Assembly meeting of our Association will be held on Saturday 03.04.2021, which we previously announced, in line with the decision of the Ministry of Internal Affairs on the curfew on weekends, on Saturday and Sunday, and the Coronavirus (COVID – 19) measures taken by the Istanbul Provincial Public Hygiene Council;

On Friday, April 9, 2021 at 14:00, “Ali Kuscu Mah. Yusuf Ziya Pasa Sok. No: 36 / A Fatih ISTANBUL” at the headquarters of the association.

The presence of our members is announced with great importance.

1- Opening and roll call,

2- Choosing the Divan and a moment of silence, reading the Turkish National Anthem,

3- Reading of the Board of Directors Annual Report,

4- Reading and acceptance of the Supervisory Board Report,

5- Discussion and acceptance of the Association’s Estimated Budget,

6- Election of the principal and substitute members of the new Board of Directors and Supervisory Board, determination of attendance fees

7- Wishes and closing.

NOTE: Our General Assembly is in accordance with the criteria determined by the Ministry of Health and the Coronavirus Scientific Committee with the circular of the Ministry of Internal Affairs General Directorate of Provincial Administration on 02.03.2021, number E.-89780865-153-3514 and “Measures to be Taken According to Risk Groups”. In the same way, MASK, DISTANCE, CLEANING rules will also be obeyed to the maximum.
