Dear Visitors,

This evening we were together again in the Before Sleep Program and contemplated the following: Sometimes people have to be separated from their loved ones, and this situation somehow could be difficult for them. But being away does not mean being separate. But, if the hearts, ideas, and paths are the same, then you can always be together. Since we carry our loved ones in our hearts, it is not necessary to be physically in the same place.

Friend, is called the person who knows you closely, who helps you anytime, shows understanding towards you, makes you feel love, gives effort to the relationship, follows the same path with you and always wants your well-being.

Our friends, sometimes even can be closer than our mothers, fathers, sometimes our sons and daughters, sometimes our grandmothers and grandfather, and sometimes from our uncles or aunties. Sometimes a person can be friends with someone she/he does not know at all, and/or sometimes he/she can be friends with his/her own child. We thought that our friend who knew us the most and best was our mother, and then our father. We should make no mistake in respecting them. May Allah make us appreciate our closest friends’ friendship! Amen!

Then we listened to a song that said the following:

“Those who love would remember you, those who love would call you, and the ones who love would ask for the state of the loved one.

Those who love would miss, those who love would resemble you, and travel along with you.

Those who love would not offend or get offended, those who love would never be stuffy.

Love is blessing, love is healing, love is the best treat from Allah. “

Our beloved Prophet Hz. Muhammad Mustafa salallahu wasallam recommended us to do good first to our mothers and three times, then to our fathers. He always said good things to us. If we keep His words, we will become worthy of heaven.

Indeed, our Allah has entrusted our mothers and fathers to raise us, children, beautifully. Good parents would teach their children the right, wrong, halal and haram. A good girl or boy would respect his mother and father dearly. At the end of our program, we opened our hands and prayed to our beloved Allah as follows: “Oh Allah! Make us among those who love and are loved properly! Give us all the opportunity to live the joy of love! “Amen!
