Dear Visitors,

During our Before Sleep Program this evening, we talked about the importance of knowing, being a competent person, and contemplated a lot.

It turns out that only a competent person can do a job in the most accurate and fastest way. We thought, the butcher does not know what the physician knows, the baker would not know what the butcher knows, and the car repairer does not know what the baker knows. That is, as you will understand, it is never possible for everyone to know everything.

The truth about knowing is in fact to live and so practice. For example, if a person says that she knows how to pray and does not perform it, it is should be understood that that person does not know the prayer. If another person than says, “I know that the hijab is very necessary”, but does not wear accordingly, it would mean that she does not know the meaning of hijab.

It is not a shame not to know; however, it takes effort to learn. It is a very wrong behavior to pretend to know and act as a knowledgeable person even though you do not know. Moreover, it is not enough just to memorize and record information or knowledge. Because when people do not memorize knowledge and do what is necessary, they would look like a book-laden donkey.

When we heard all these, we opened our hands and prayed as follows: “O Allah! Please protect us from being like this! Let us practice what we hear and know, let us be among those who reach true knowledge by living it, let us be the ones who know You and the value of your Habibi, Prophet, let us value the ones who love you and respect our mothers and fathers.

Let us be the ones who show compassion and mercy to our sisters and brothers, obey our teachers, grow up and do useful things. Allow us to agree with what you have commanded and given consent!” Amiiin!

Hoping to be together again tomorrow in another Before Sleep Program. If you want to benefit from this beautiful program, you can call 0542 808 82 58 for free registration and information.
