Dear Precious Members,
Gulberenk Educational Children Program, which is being prepared by Gulberenk Values Education Association, continues to be staged in Izmir on the last Sunday of every month. In the program this month, we said, “Tidy Up!”.
It turned out that Gulberenk children have been neat and tidy. Her/his closet, room, street; mind, hearts, feelings and thoughts are always gathered and neat. To compile and tidy up was to choose those things that had similar features. We should not choose the bad, the messy, the wrong and harmful, but instead should select the strong, the good, the correct and the useful to our lives.
Pencils, papers, prayer rugs, rosaries, clothes, buckles…etc. all can sometimes get scattered. Sometimes even our heads, minds and hearts can be dispersed. Anything can happen in human life. However, Gulberenk children always know how to compile and tidy up, and they do not strol around aimlessly in such tacky manners.
It is necessary to collect all the things and stuff that confront you. You should be careful not to make a mess of your stuff. As a proverb reflects, “You know the lion by his claws”. A buffalo’s milk, a bee’s honey and so a person’s work all give clues about their features. Thereby, it is only possible to see who really lives a neat life, who is at loss, who has profited in the afterlife, not in this life.
What was the apocalypse (the afterlife)? It is the place where we will meet and gather with our loved ones and our beloved prophet Muhammad Mustafa sallallahu alayhi wasallim. We all got thoughtful and had fun through the program. And sometimes through the performances we were like clouds loaded with rains, we cried.
Lastly, our prayer was this one: Oh Allah! Do not make us embarrassed in the afterlife! Let us rejoice with heads upright, and cherish the life there! Amen! Thus, we completed our eighteenth program in Izmir 😉 And then, again, we did not leave, but hoped to meet again next month. Just as usual we took the path to our homes to be back as soon as possible.
