The first general board meeting of the Association will take place on 16.02.2014 Sunday at 13.00 pm in Aksemsettin Street Fevzipasa Boulevard No: 61 Fatih / ISTANBUL 61. The objective of this meeting is to discuss the following agenda, in case of the failure of majority or postponement the new date will be 23.02.2014, at the same place, time and the same agenda to be done with. It has been unanimously decided to announce the meeting to the members via e-mail, telephone message or web page.

1) Opening and attendance check,
2) Election of the Presidency,
3) Special Honour and Independence Anthem,
4) Release of the Temporary Board of Directors,
5) Selection of the new members of the Board of Directors and the Board of Auditors,
