Dear Precious Members,
The Gulberenk Educational Children’s Programs conducted with the collaboration of Gulberenk Values Education Association and Golden Child’s Magazine are continuing in full swing. Following the tour of Samsun and Rize, the program that took place in Istanbul was attended by an enthusiastic audience.
This month, “The Pilgrim Grandma Program” was about the suffering from compassion for the sake of Allah, and we remembered the pilgrim and the importance of patience. While Pilgrim Grandma was preparing for her pilgrimage with great joy, her race car, motorcycle, minibus, train and her other fancy car also made preparations to take on the pilgrimage; but they were saddened to learn that Pilgrim Grandma was going to fly. Fortunately, Pilgrim Grandma went to the airport with them and so they got at least a little relieved.
The Violet, waited in patience fort he Pilgrim Grandma after their separation. Fadime endeavored to take care for the lovely Violet which was entrusted to her. The story about the popcorn told by the minibus driver was very nice. It turned out that the popcorn was turning into a white and delicious food by patiently burning in the oil of the pan. Thus we understood that patience and enduring pain will take us to good results.
The “What is patience like?” song was very nice. Patience is like pepper. It stirs things up, but it brings us beauty for sure at the end. And patience is like fire. It will ripen us. The dervish who waits in patience will reach his goal! Allah is with those who are steadfast and patient!
Salih Yildırim was awarded the “Productive Child Plaque” with his maquette (model) car Project. Ebubekir Akce also won the award with his Qur’an cover made by recycling materials. We congratulate these hardworking Gulberenk children, who received their awards and plaques from Dr. Gulsen Ataseven and Zikriye Cilek, and wish them a very good life.
And for now, we finish here. Because we have to prepare for the new program. Moreover, Ankara and Batman are waiting for us! So let us go, and please be with us always with your prayers!
